About

Mount Pulaski Community,

At Mount Pulaski CUSD 23, athletics are woven into the fabric of our town. They’re more than competition—they’re a tradition that unites our students, families, and neighbors. From crisp fall nights at Veterans Park, to the roar of our gyms in winter, to spring afternoons on the track, our student-athletes proudly wear the Topper name with determination, skill, and heart.

Our athletic success is a true team effort. It depends on the commitment of our coaches, athletic trainers, teachers, administrators, bus drivers, custodial and grounds crews, and office staff. Just as importantly, it begins at home with families who encourage and support their athletes in every season.

We are especially grateful for the Mount Pulaski Toppers Booster Club. Their dedication helps us provide quality uniforms and equipment, host tournaments, and give our teams the resources they need to train and compete at their best. When registering your student-athlete, please consider making a donation or becoming an active Booster Club member. Every contribution directly strengthens our programs.

Our coaches, counselors, and teachers also guide student-athletes toward opportunities beyond high school, including NCAA, NJCAA, and NAIA competition. For those aiming for collegiate athletics, early conversations with counselors are key to meeting eligibility requirements.

This year, we invite you to fill the stands, line the sidelines, and bring your voice to cheer on the Toppers. Our fans set the tone—encouraging our athletes and demonstrating respect and sportsmanship toward all opponents.

Our guiding motto says it all: Pride in the Past. Strength in the Present. Excellence for the Future. Go Toppers! We strive to live by these words in every game, every season. Let’s make this another year to remember for Mount Pulaski athletics!

Thank you, and Go Toppers!
